According to reports, Provo alleges that West subjected Black employees to unequal treatment compared to their White counterparts, frequently yelling at and mistreating them. He further claims he was fired for refusing to cut his dreadlocks. This lawsuit adds to previous complaints against West, including allegations of discrimination and harassment by another employee at Donda Academy and within the Yeezy brand.
