Justin Timberlake was arrested on Tuesday (June 18) for driving while intoxicated in the Hamptons, as confirmed by the officials. Before his arrest, a witness at the restaurant in Sag Harbor told The NY Post that the singer was spotted with his friends and he was "wasted". It was also revealed that Timberlake picked someone else's drink and gulped it down. "He was wasted. At one point, just before closing, somebody got up to go to the bathroom and left his drink on the table. When the man came back, Timberlake was drinking his drink, " the source told. According to an arrest report obtained by People, the "Mirrors" singer told the police officials ", I had one martini and followed my friends home."
