James Barrie Sikking, an American actor, passed away on Saturday, July 13, at his Los Angeles home due to complications from dementia. Publicist Cynthia Snyder announced his death. He was best known for his roles in Hill Street Blues, Doogie Howser, M.D., Point Blank, The Pelican Brief, among others. James Sikking is survived by his second wife, Florine Sikking, and their three children.
