Ivan Reitman breathed his last on February 12. He reportedly passed away in his sleep. His children issued a joint statement saying, “Our family is grieving the unexpected loss of a husband, father, and grandfather who taught us to always seek the magic in life.”
Ivan Reitman, popularly known to helm films such as Meatballs, Ghostbusters, Ghostbusters II among others, has passed away at the age of 75. His family confirmed to the AP that the filmmaker passed away in his sleep at his home in Montecito, California.
