Rob McElhenney, who was rumored to make a cameo appearance in 'Deadpool & Wolverine,' took to his X handle to share a behind-the-scenes photo, claiming that his cameo was cut from the MCU film. Here’s what he said!
Marvel Studios' most awaited film, Deadpool & Wolverine, hit the theatres today. Shawn Levy's highly anticipated MCU movie starring the dynamic duo of Reynolds and Hugh Jackman features a number of cameo appearances. Back in May, Reynolds had confirmed that his Wrexham co-chair, Rob McElhenney, would be making a cameo appearance in the film. Reynolds and McElhenney share a close bond, and it wouldn't be shocking to see him in the film. After the film's release, McElhenney took to X (formerly Twitter) to reveal that his cameo as a TVA Soldier was cut. He shared a behind-the-scenes photo with Hugh Jackman in their costumes and wrote, "I travelled 6 thousand miles to shoot my cameo. I hope you enjoyed it because the theater I was watching in had mistakenly cut it out. Since I KNOW Ryan wouldn’t do me like that, I look forward to catching the movie and my cameo again today!" ‘Deadpool & Wolverine’ Box Office Collection: Ryan Reynolds and Hugh Jackman’s MCU Film Opens With USD 100 Million Globally – Reports.
