Dave Holmes, former manager of Coldplay, has filed a lawsuit accusing the British rock band of withholding over $12 million in commissions for their last two albums. The legal action, lodged in the U.K. High Court and reported by Variety, claims that Coldplay reneged on a contract related to their eleventh and unreleased tenth albums. Holmes seeks validation of his contract with the band, the payment of overdue commissions, and a "reasonable charge" for his services. The lawsuit also highlights previous commissions, noting that Holmes received between 8 per cent and 13 per cent for managing Coldplay's eighth and ninth albums. Chris Martin Birthday Special: From Meeting PM Narendra Modi To Performing With AR Rahman, 5 Times 'Coldplay' Vocalist Showed His Love for India!
