Federal prosecutors allege that an Arizona man, Mark Adams Prieto, plotted to kill black people at a Bad Bunny concert in Atlanta to start a race war before the presidential election. The 58-year-old was indicted nearly a month after his arrest in May. He allegedly planned to use semi-automatic rifles, bought secretly to avoid detection, to carry out the attack. He even intended to hide guns near the concert and travel across the country to execute the plan. Prieto targeted concerts in mid-May, June or July, including one where the Puerto Rican rapper was expected to perform.
