Sean 'Diddy' Combs' lawyer, Marc Agnifilo, recently revealed that his client won't agree to a plea deal in the ongoing legal battle. The 54-year-old controversial rapper was arrested on charges of racketeering, sex trafficking and transportation to facilitate prostitution on September 16. Now, in a teaser of the documentary The Downfall of Diddy: The Indictment, Aginfilo made a surprising statement and said that Combs believes he's innocent. He said, "He believes he's innocent, and what's more, he believes that he needs to stand up not just for himself, for his family and everybody who's been targeted by the federal government." He said that Diddy is going to be truthful about the case because he doesn't wish to disappoint the people who loved him his whole life. He said, "I think he feels an obligation to people in general. Maybe it's black, maybe it is white, maybe it's anybody who felt aggrieved and targeted by the government. He feels an obligation to those people to say you know what, maybe I can break the model, maybe I can show that a black man can win in federal court."
