Vikram Bhatt, who has not yet watched Adipurush, is puzzled if the mythological drama is 'Ramayana' or not. "I'm told that in the beginning of the disclaimer that this is not the Ramayana, it is inspired by the Ramayana" he told TOI. He further added, "I think making these kinds of films is not about entertainment or worldwide numbers." To note, Adipurush has been in the news since its release over objectionable depiction of Ramayana.
