Kareena Kapoor Khan is gearing up for the release of her much-anticipated film The Buckingham Murders. The upcoming crime thriller marks a significant step in her career as she ventures into production. Directed by Hansal Mehta, the film already has everyone excited as the makers dropped the trailer today. The two-minute thirty-three-second trailer showed Kareena in a whole new avatar as detective detective Jasmeet Bhamra, who embarks on a mission to solve the murder of a 10-year-old. The movie is set for a September 13 release. The makers also hosted a grand trailer launch event in Mumbai. In a video circulating online, Bebo can be seen taken aback after a journalist mentioned her ex, Shahid Kapoor. Kareena, who was in her usual chirpy and enthusiastic mode at the event, appeared slightly uncomfortable when 'Shahid' was brought up. In the viral clip, a journalist praised the actress but then compared her films to those Shahid had made. The mention of his name led some in the crowd to start hooting. However, Bebo paid no heed to it and continued to focus on the journalist's question. The video capturing the moment has since gone viral. ‘The Buckingham Murders’ Trailer: Kareena Kapoor Khan’s Detective Bhamra Will Stop at Nothing To Uncover the Truth in Hansal Mehta-Ekta Kapoor’s Crime Thriller (Watch Video).
