Sapan Sengupta Dies; Music Director Was Part of Composer Duo Sapan-Jagmohan During '60s and '70s

For the unaware, Sapan-Jagmohan were popular 1970s music composer duo made up of Sapan Sengupta and Jagmohan Bakshi. They started their career as singers in Bombay Youth Choir and also as backup singers in Bollywood films.

Indian music director, Sapan Sengupta (of Sapan-Jagmohan) is no more. He has scored many popular melodies in the '60s and '70s. He was known for his work in Tarzan's Daughter (2002), Polladhavan (1980) and Abhi To Jee Lein (1977).
