Filmmaker Sangeeth Sivan sadly passed away on May 8 at a private hospital in Mumbai. He had been admitted for treatment of an undisclosed illness. A day later, on May 9, his final rites were held. Among those paying their respects was actor Tusshar Kapoor, who collaborated with Sivan on the comedy Kyaa Kool Hai Hum (2005). Kapoor was also working with Sivan again in the upcoming film Kapkapiii, making this loss even more poignant. Other stars spotted at the funeral were Anupam Kher, Riteish Deshmukh, Zayed Khan and Javed Jaffrey.
