As a writer, Sharma's illustrious saw him getting involved in many films namely Gair Kanooni, Choor Sipahi, Chacha Bhatija, Parvarish, Aa Gale Lagja, Rampur Ka Laxman among others. He also was a singer and composer.
Veteran artiste Prayag Raaj Sharma is no more. While the reason behind his death is not revealed yet, he was a remarkable writer-director from Bollywood. He was popular for writing films like Roti, Amar Akbar Anthony, Dharam-Veer to name a few. Sharma also had directed Geraftaar which stars Amitabh Bachchan, Kamal Haasan and Rajinikanth in key roles.
