Watch The Trailer Of Khufiya Below:
Film Companion – I’d like to say that Khufiya is engaging in parts, but disjointed as a whole. Or that Khufiya is good and bad at once. Or even that Khufiya delivers less than it promises.
Scroll.in – Tabu beautifully plays a professional who is wary by training, obfuscates on demand, and pursues her desires in the shadows. Tabu is equally up for Krishna’s steeliness, which shows up when the Ravi escapade threatens to get out of hand. Even in the silliest of scenes, Tabu is always poised for something better.
India Today – An espionage story needs to be taut, brimming with so much tension (loud or otherwise), that you can cut it with a knife. Khufiya simply doesn't have that. Wamiqa, Ali Fazal, Ashish Vidyarthi and Tabu are credible in their roles. It is the script that doesn't live up to its promise.
Hindustan Times – For a director who’s given us Maqbool (2003), Omkara (2006) and the more recent Pataakha (2018), this one is a bit of a liability or a non-performing loan.
Firstpost – Khufiya is master-filmmaker Vishal Bhardwaj’s first Netflix debut. Khufiya is a movie, where Bhradwaj has given a lot of importance to each of the women characters be it Tabu, Wamiqa Gabbi, Bangladeshi actress Azmeri Haque Badhon and Navindra Behl. So, it wasn’t just Tabu who had different layers to her character, but all of them.
