Jiah Khan Suicide Case: Sooraj Pancholi Seeks Non-Bailable Warrant Against Late Actress’ Mother Rabia Khan
The application reads, "The prosecution has served summons to the original complainant several times, but she is not appearing before this court to depose her statement. The original complainant doesn't seem to be cooperating with this court for an expeditious trial and avoiding coming before this court to delay the trial."
Sooraj Pancholi requested the CBI court to issue a non-bailable warrant against the late actress’ mother Rabia Khan. The following incident occurred due to Jiah's mother's regular non-appearance in the court intentionally. A application handwritten by Pancholi was submitted to the special CBI court in Mumbai.
