Christopher Nolan's film, Oppenheimer, has witnessed a remarkable response in India. Renowned lyricist and writer, Javed Akhtar had loved the film and shared his review on Twitter, praising the Hollywood movie and calling it 'not just good but great'. A Twitter user tried to mock him by asking to explain 'isotope'. Javed Akhtar responded that scientific knowledge wasn't necessary to understand the film as it revolves around a human, who happens to be a scientist. However, before that, he ended up giving the wrong definition of 'isotope'. Javed Akhtar wrote, "It is the smallest unit of matter that has all the qualities of an element". For those who have learnt about elements in school, the definition that Mr Akhtar gave is actually that of a 'molecule'.
