Anushka Sharma Sales Tax Case: Bombay HC Rejects Actress' Petition, Asks Her to Approach Appellate Authority in Two Weeks

Anushka Sharma previously filed four tax petitions which were disposed by the Bombay High Court, and she was asked approach the appellate authority under the Maharashtra VAT Act. A division bench of justices said that there were disputed questions of fact which would require inquiry.
