The stock markets continued to maintain their upward trajectory on Monday as Nifty hit 20,000 for the first time ever. As per reports, Nifty crossed 20,000 for the first time ever after the success of the G20 Summit in Delhi. The development comes a few days after the country's successful achievements in the space sector and foreign diplomacy during the G20 Summit. The ambitious rail-port economic corridor deal to connect India-Middle East-Europe and the launch of the Global Biofuel Alliance on the G20 Summit sidelines seemed to have attracted investors to bet in the market. On Friday, Sensex and Nifty indices showed gains as Sensex recorded a robust surge of 333.34 points, closing at 66,598.91, while the Nifty followed suit with an uptick of 92.90 points, concluding at 19,819.95. Stock Markets Continue Bull Run as Sensex, Nifty Close in Green.
