Japanese auto behemoth Toyota Motor Corp has revealed on August 29 that the company has halted operations at all its assembly plants (total 12 facilities) in its home market, because of a production system malfunction. This has resulted in complete production standstill in Toyota’s domestic output that can potentially harm the deliveries and inventories.
