Ola CEO Bhavish Aggarwal launched "Hyper Service" for Ola Electric customers. With this new service, the Indian EV company aims to expand its network and build the best-in-class ownership experience through on-demand and AI-powered services. Under the Ola Hyper Service, the company aims to double the current network to 1,000 centres and train 1 lakh third-party mechanics to work under the Ola Network Partner Program. The CEO, Bhavish Aggarwal, said that with this, his company would guarantee quick services and one day of resolution of issues. In case of delay, the customer will get a back-up S1 scooter. Further, Ola Care+ customers will get Ola Cabs coupons until the services are resolved. Bhavish Aggarwal said that the Ola Electric Hyper Service will ensure proactive AI maintenance to detect issues before they arise. All these features will be rolled out with MoveOS 5 in October 2024.
