In the age of social media, brand moments can hardly be missed. It has become quite a part of the brands' online presence. While brands try their level best to have a good engagement with customers on social media, sometimes happy customers give free publicity much to the happiness of the brand. When Mumbai resident Shadwal Srivastava ordered food from Zomato, he seldom thought his interaction with a customer service executive is going to grab headlines.
Shadwal messaged asking a Zomato employee about his order in Shudd Hindi and received an apt reply. While the customer continued to message in great Hind, he was surprised to find the customer care executive playing along and replying in equally amazing Hindi.
Shadwal took screenshots of their conversation and shared it on Twitter with the caption, "I really wasn't expecting the customer support guy at @ZomatoIN to play along with my shuddh hindi gig." Social media users were all praises of Zomato's customer care after the tweet went viral.

Impressed netizens commended Shadwal's quirkiness and Zomato's replies. This is not the first time Zomato crawled into the news for bringing smiles to people's places. Other than interactions with customers, brands have in the past engaged in friendly banter with each other too. With a lot of following, their stand on vital issues in the country also make it to headlines almost every day.
