Washington, January 8: Tensions between Iran and US took a dangerous turn on Wednesday as the Iranian forces attacked more than a dozen ballistic missiles on two US military bases in Iraq. The Pentagon confirmed the attacks by Iran. Reports by Iran's state-run TV said that 80 US soldiers have been killed. However, US President Donald Trump tweeted on Iran's missile attack and wrote, "All is well! Missiles launched from Iran at two military bases located in Iraq. Assessment of casualties & damages taking place now. So far, so good! We have the most powerful and well equipped military anywhere in the world, by far! I will be making a statement tomorrow morning." Trump was mocked for his tweet by netizens who said that the President has failed to understand the gravity of situation at hand.
