Evelyn Miller, an OnlyFans model from Brisbane, Australia, has revealed her unique experience of living with an incredibly rare medical condition that gives her two vaginas. Yes! Two vaginas! Known as Uterus Didelphys, this condition affects only 0.3 percent of women and means that Evelyn has two fully functioning reproductive systems, complete with two vaginas, two uteruses, and two cervixes, although she has only one ovary for each system.
Evelyn has been creating XXX content for years, and she recently opened up about her life with this rare condition. Remarkably, despite having slept with over 500 people, none of her partners noticed her anatomical anomaly. She shared with PerthNow, “Every time I had sex, it was different. It was painful, and guys would say it felt like they were hitting a wall. I’d use a tampon and still bleed through, but my mum told me I was using them wrong.”
Discovering she had two vaginas at the age of 20 became a surprising advantage for Evelyn, especially in her former career as an escort. She found it beneficial to alternate between her two vaginas, using one when the other needed a break. This arrangement even startled a client who was a gynaecologist and recognized the condition during an appointment.
Evelyn’s condition has allowed her to distinctly separate her personal and professional lives. She uses one vagina exclusively for her husband, Tom, who is also an adult content creator, and the other for her work on OnlyFans. “Otherwise, it all just ends up mashed together, and having separation is really important to me,” she explained.

Now 31, Evelyn and Tom have defied medical expectations by having two children, despite being told it would be difficult for her to conceive. Reflecting on their unique lifestyle, Evelyn remarked, “Just because we’re doing life differently doesn’t mean we are doing life wrong. The judgment makes me feel upset for those people, to be honest, that they must be so unhappy to comment on my life. I am so happy with my family I just don’t really let it get to me that much.”
