A woman couldn't hide her shocking surprise on seeing the pool in a hotel she was staying was nothing close to reality.  She took to Twitter showing how hotels dupe customers with more than life photos of themselves. Well, a lot of us go through the same and seems Jenny Kershaw from Manchester in England had her moment of fake vs reality. Kershaw took to Twitter with 'tears of laughter' emoji saying, "Our hotel pool in Vietnam...booking.com VS reality. we've been done there.[sic]"

She posted it on social media with two images of hotel's pool taken from different angles. While the photo posted by Booking.com made it look like a huge swimming pool where one could bask in the sun while taking a dip, in reality, it was a small hot tub.

Booking.com soon reached out to Jenny telling she could complain, however, Jenny just laughed it off. "Hi Jenny, our support team can definitely look into this and help you with a complaint. We recommend sending the photos to customer.service@booking.com, including your confirmation number. Our team will get back to you as soon as is possible, wrote Booking.com. Jenny replied saying, "It's ok, I don't want to file a complaint...it's just funny, and I notice the pictures conveniently been changed now anyway."

Here is the tweet:

Here is what Booking.com tweeted:

The pool in the second photo looks like a rectangular shaped tub with a small ladder attached to climb into it. In fact, water could splash out on the floor if you stepped in. The tweet quickly went viral on social media receiving over 1.8 lakh likes and more than 83,000 retweets. Social media users who went bonkers over the tweet found more discrepancies in it. A mat on the first step on the ladder read 'Welcom' with the alphabet 'e' missing.
