The online dating applications have been quite successful today and so are Ghosting! Now, those who are wondering (and if you are not an online dating app user) what Ghosting could be and how it is even related to online dating applications, let us tell you that this is the case that no one ever wants to be in. It is when someone you have been dating just finishes all communication with you. You know that everything is going quite well, and you are ready to give it a thought; suddenly that person is gone. There is no goodbye, no explanation! They are simply vanished. You are just ghosted. And now all you want is a taste of revenge which some people could take too far. Amanda Burnett who went on a date with a guy and decided not to text him back, the next move by the guy astonished her. She received an invoice of the purchases she made on her behalf during their date. And Twitterati finds it goddamned funny and they have the accurate suggestions for her!

Amanda Burnett went on a date with a guy and had an average time. But Amanda did not want to continue and decided to not text him back. Things were pretty fine for Amanda but few weeks later, she received an invoice in the mail. The moment she opened the invoice, Amanda was stunned. It was the same guy who sent the invoice for the beer and tacos she purchased during the date with the exact amount including the tax and shipping charges. “I’m posting this on Twitter bc it can prob go viral honestly,” her Twitter caption reads. She deleted her tweets and made her account private as netizens found it too funny. But someecards.com took a screenshot of her posts.

The tweet went viral as Burnett predicted. She even received a threatening text from the guy, letting her know that if she failed to pay her invoice, he will share the same with Collection Agency to recover the funds. And Twitter users had plenty of suggestions for how she could reply! Some are funny, some supported the guy while others got a sense of justice that you cannot really force or in this case sue someone for not liking you!

Here is one suggestion!

She should do it..

Yup, a shady joke!

Here we have a supporter of the guy...

This one is our favourite!

The whole thing could be a shady joke, but we must say that the guy got some nerve to sue her for ghosting. People may or may not like you but taking revenge on a little extra level is not fun! Ghosting can happen after one date or after a few weeks or even after several months; but you should be mature enough to understand the point— ‘it’s over’.
