May 19 is going to be a big day for Britains. The royal couple Prince Harry and Meghan Markle will tie the knot at the St. George's Chapel. Brits will love to get their view of the royal wedding but a Lhasa Apso named Archie will preside over all the comforts! Susan Crossland, his owner has been such a huge admirer of the royal family that she has recreated an entire replica of the Windsor Castle so that she and her very pampered pooch can enjoy the royal wedding ceremony. Crossland had won a lottery back in 2008 for $1.7 million (£1.2 million). She has now commissioned the money to make the replica which includes red carpet, throne and a hot tub. The pampering doesn't there of course. Archie will be dressed in his tuxedo and top hat, sitting in his velvet-lined castle. Mrs Crossland said: “I love royal weddings and I love the royals. I just thought it might be a bit quirky to have something nice for Archie so I had him a Windsor Castle made and he absolutely loves it.” The building of this kennel has cost her more than $7,000 and took close to 250 hours to be made.

Crossland also has plans to host a barbecue while Archie will enjoy the royal proceedings from his own castle! This special kennel seeks a lot of inspiration from the King George IV Gate at Windsor Castle. The real Windsor Castle was built in the 11th century and the Queen occupies it during most of her free time. It is billed as the world’s oldest and largest occupied castle and who would have thought, a dog will get a replica. Archie is sure just as royal. Crossland then plans to donate this palace to a place where someone can enjoy it.
