In a letter dated November 25, Abin, a student of the Elampilad UP School in Kozhikode, wrote that he and his brother had given the cycle for repairs on September 5 but the shop had not returned it yet. Beat officer Radhika NP from Meppayur police station reached the shop and inquired about the delay. The shopkeeper said that he could not open the shop for some time as he was not keeping well and was busy with his son's wedding.
