Watching dog videos is sort of becoming a pastime for Instagram enthusiasts. Actually, you pick any individual hooked on to the social media brigade and you'll notice how dog videos are the most famous on everyone's list. Hence for those videos to go viral is also not surprising. However, what if we told you that a dog as smart as a chimp, walked over to a pharmacist to treat her paw? Would you believe it? Well, luckily, we do have a video to prove the same!

A street dog in Istanbul, with a forlorn expression on her face, stood outside a pharmacy. Pharmacist Banu Cengiz noticed her and immediately rushed to her aid. Turns out the dog had a bleeding paw that needed some immediate attention. As a thank you, the dog actually laid down on the floor, exposing her tummy, as a sign of appreciation! Cengiz told The Dodo, "When I was done, she laid down as if to thank me. She was saying, 'I trust you'." Speaking to The Dodo about how Banu Cengiz explained how she maintains a small area outside her pharmacy for stray dogs, "I do it because they feel. We need to help those who need it. People should teach their children to love and respect animals and nature. Then we can all live together in a beautiful world," she added.
