A 19-year-old woman in Montana has been charged with wielding a machete to force her ex to have sex with her. Court documents allege that Samantha Ray Mears entered the residence of an ex-boyfriend of seven years while he was not home. When he returned home, Mears reportedly confronted him with a machete, ordered him to get on the bed and remove his clothes and forcefully had sex with him.

The victim told police he complied with the woman’s demands out of fear for his safety and said he did not feel he could retreat from the room without being harmed by Mears, according to the complaint. The 19-year-old allegedly took off her pants while still holding the large knife in her hands, straddled her ex-boyfriend and proceeded to have sex with him. When he tried to stop her, the victim claims that she bit him on the arm and continued to have sex.

Afterwards, Mears sat naked on the bed brandishing the machete and the victim was able to take several photos of her in the state, which he later handed over to police as evidence. The two later got into an argument, during which the nude Mears ripped off a piece from the wall and urinated on the bed. As reported in Great Falls Tribune, the man was able to dial 911 after telling Mears he was calling a friend and was able to back out of the room and escape.

When police arrived, Mears claimed that she had been kidnapped by her ex and that he had given her the machete for self-protection. Responding officers made a note that the female suspect appeared to be suffering from a mental health problem and was in a confused state.

The young woman has been charged with aggravated burglary and assault with a weapon, criminal mischief, assault and unlawful restraint stemming from the bizarre incident that took place on Friday in Great Falls. Prosecutors requested that bond for Mears be set at 50,000 dollars.
