The Clark County Sheriff’s Office is investigating the incident and the friend who pushed Holgerson has reportedly 'apologised.' The injured girl's mother is also not too pleased with her apology. She was quoted to a news report, "I’m very upset with her. She is an adult, and I’m sure she should have known better. She could have killed my daughter." The video also shows that the girl was denying being pushed but her friend thought it would be a good idea. The girl is scarred and recovering, certainly, no apology cannot make her recover faster.
