New Delhi, April 18: External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj, who has a reputation of being a troubleshooter for Indian nationals facing issues abroad, once again came to rescue of a man stranded in Saudi Arabia. The man, who identified himself as Ali on Twitter, said he would commit suicide if he was unable to return to India from Saudi Arabia. Responding to his tweets, Sushma Swaraj asked the Indian embassy in Riyadh to help him.

"Sir, tell me one thing, can you help me or should I kill myself? It has been about 12 months that I have been pleading for help from the embassy. It would be a huge help if you can send me to India. I have four children," Ali tweeted. Swaraj replied: "Don't think about suicide. We are there for you. Our embassy will help you." The minister also asked for a report on Ali's complaint from the Indian embassy in Riyadh. Mother of Hyderabad Woman Stranded in Kuwait Seeks Sushma Swaraj's Help.
