Virat Kohli will come in a superhero avatar from his upcoming 31st birthday as a new superhero-themed show on Indian cricketer to set to start on November 5. The show, titled as Super V, is an animated superhero series based on the Indian skipper. Star Sports on Sunday, October 20, released a promo of the series on Twitter. In the video, Kohli can be seen in an avatar of a cricketer, teenager and superhero. Star Sports' Twitter video showed a preview of the show ‘Super V’. In the video, a small child calls himself Virat Kohli and says he is 50 per cent cricketer and 100 per cent teenager. “And now 200 per cent superhero. Sometimes saving the world, sometimes saving myself from the world”, the animated Virat Kohli’s character further says. Making a special appearance in the end, Kohli says, “This superhero is very cool, I will have to watch”. Cricketer Turns Superhero!

“Cricketer: Teenager: Superhero: Meet #SuperV - the superhero side of @imVkohli who'll save the world in style! Catch the fun, Nov 5 onwards on the Star Network and Hotstar”, Star Sports wrote along with the video on Twitter.  In the video, the Kohli’s character can also be seen in action like playing cricket, going to school and interacting with his family. In an attractive superhero costume, the Kohli’s animated character also beats the villains and stops a train. A trailer of the Super V was released on Youtube earlier. The weekly show will present the story of a teenager in adulthood juggling his life between aspirations, parental expectations, and peer pressures. The series will begin from on November 5 and broadcast on Star Network. The series will air on the OTT platform Hotstar, and also on Star Plus, Disney Channel, Star Sports channels and Marvel HQ.
