A grouping of scarecrow is always the most common sight in a giant paddy field. They are usually dressed in old clothes and placed in open fields to secure the recently cast seed and growing crops. But the age-old scarecrow has been taken to a next level—a terrific one. Japanese scientists have announced their robot wolf. The Super Monster Wolf stands about one and a half feet tall, which is sometimes shorter than the crops it is meant to protect. But it has ray sensor that detects other approaching animal—its eyes light up red as it begins to howl. Yes, now tech innovation is taking the wild side by storm!

According to a report shared by BBC, the Super Monster Wolf Robot is 65 cm long and 50 cm tall. It is decorated with fake fur on the body and a rubber mask featuring white teeth and a roaring expression. As per its manufacturers, the grey-haired bolt relies on solar rechargeable batteries, plus it can produce 18 different sounds that includes a gunshot and human voice. The Japan Agricultural Cooperatives say that crop destruction has decreased in the areas with the presence of Super Monster Wolf.
