A polar bear was unusually spotted in a Russian industrial city located in northern Siberia, far away from its normal habitat. In April, a starving polar bear was spotted in the village of Tilichiki in the far eastern Kamchatka Peninsula, also hundreds of miles from its usual habitat. According to a Russian news agency, the bears inhabit the coast and islands of the Arctic Ocean.
