On the Italian version of Dancing with The Stars, participant singer Anastacia had a bottom’s up moment. The singer revealed more than the viewers might have been expecting to see. The Left Outside Alone singer took to the dance floor on the show less than two years after taking part in Strictly Come Dancing in the UK. The singer donned a sparkly red and gold-mini dress for her one-off performance in ‘Dancer for a Night’ segment.

The fabulous 49-year-old was keen to show off her flexibility as she danced away with her professional dance partner Maykel Fonts at the Rai Auditorium in Rome. As her partner lifted her mid-routine and she attempted to wrap her legs around his neck, Anastacia accidentally revealed her flesh-coloured knickers and butt cheeks to the audience and the folks watching at home.

But despite the mishap Anastacia appeared unvexed as she beamed her way through the routine. She also won praise from the panel for her efforts. Taking to Instagram after the performance, Anastacia praised her professional partner for his efforts.

She wrote, “Thank you Maykel Fonts for all your hard work and a fun exciting routine. When learning to dance it takes a patient, kind, enthusiastic teacher. I felt you truly love helping others learn to dance.” Anastacia previously appeared alongside Brendan Cole on 2016’s Strictly Come Dancing.

Anastacia later described her experience as ‘bittersweet’ on the programme but found herself in the bottom two during the first voting week on the show. The duo didn’t take part in the dance-off as she had torn a muscle. In an interview, the singer revealed, “It was one muscle or the other. If I ripped my lat then I would have had to have gone to another surgery and I’ve already gone through nine to be here and look like a female.” Anastacia has previously undergone a double mastectomy following a battle with breast cancer.
