Mumbai, March 26: Shashi is at it again. The Congressman from Kerela, whose English vocabulary and linguistic prowess has been acknowledged and celebrated all over India, has once again proved why he is the king of words when it comes to English. "Word-bank" could well be his middle name. The latest word to have come from Shashi Tharoor's "vocab-wallet" is "moledro" and according to him it comes straight from the "The Dictionary of Obscure Sorrows." The word means "a feeling of resonant connection with an author or artist you’ll never meet, who may have lived centuries ago & thousands of miles away but can still get inside your head & leave behind morsels of their experience."
No sooner had Tharoor shared the word, then his followers started mentioning the names of writers who had given them the feeling of moledro. The Dictionary of Obscure Sorrows is a website and YouTube channel, created by John Koenig, that defines neologisms for emotions that do not have an exact term. Here is Shashi Tharoor's tweet:
Word of the Day: From The Dictionary of Obscure Sorrows:
moledro:
a feeling of resonant connection with an author or artist you’ll never meet, who may have lived centuries ago & thousands of miles away but can still get inside your head & leave behind morsels of their experience

This was Tharoor's tweet and soon, his followers on Twitter started posting poems and other words:
👉Percy Bysshe Shelley ❤❤❤❤
"Oh lift me from the grass!
I die! I faint! I fail!
Let thy love in kisses rain
On my lips and eyelids pale.
My cheek is cold and white, alas!
My heart beats loud and fast;—
Oh! press it to thine own again,
Where it will break at last." pic.twitter.com/78UHG2lONq

Shashi Tharoor has definitely impressed one and all with his "word-play". He must now find words for his party that can attract and impress the voters in 2019 General Elections.
