The clip shows a boy named Ahmed happily grooving inside a hospital room after being successfully fitted with an artificial limb. While it may initially just look like a boy dancing, it is the background story that will move your heart. According to a tweet shared by the International Committee of the Red Cross, Ahmed had lost his leg in a landmine blast and seems he was admitted to the hospital. The video shows the moment when Ahmed could finally get back on his leg. Ahmed who was excited to be finally able to stand on his legs couldn't stop and broke into a jig. The video comes ahead of World Red Cross 2019, an annual celebration of the principles of the International Red Cross which falls on May 8. Red Cross shared Ahmed's video with the caption, "A landmine took Ahmed’s leg. This is the moment he got back on his feet. This is the moment he got back on his feet." They have added saying, "Over 4,000 civilians were killed or injured by explosives in Afghanistan last year. That’s over a third more than in 2017 and the most since 2010."
