Potterheads, your Christmas will be even brighter this time! Three books based on Harry Potter and Hogwarts will be released this October. But these are not written by the popular J. K. Rowling who authored other Potter books. The new books have been published by illustrated books specialist Insight Editions and are based on the film series. The books will include movie-making tips, behind-the-scenes facts and pop-up landscapes and is not an extension to the previous classics.

Harry Potter: A Pop-Up Guide to Hogwarts written by Matthew Reinhart will release on November 1. It will open flat to form a pop-up map of Hogwarts and its grounds. Harry Potter: A Paper Scene Book: Creatures, also set to release on November 1 contains carefully-crafted silhouettes of four intricate paper-cut scenes showcasing magical creatures from the films in stunning 3D scenes. Each pop-up is laser die-cut for precision. It will also include hippogriffs, dragons, Thestrals and merpeople.

Harry Potter: Imagining Hogwarts: A Beginner's Guide to Moviemaking by Bryan Michael Stoller is the third one that will be available from October 30. This book will help those wanting to make costumes to look like Harry and his team movie series. The books can be bought individually and also as a set but it is sure to burn a hole in your pocket. The set of three will cost a little more than Rs 8,200.
