Photographer Matthew Dippel Is in Search of the Couple Whose Romantic Proposal He Captured at Yosemite National Park

Freelance photographer Matthew Dippel is in search of a couple whom he photographed during their proposal at Yosemite National Park in California. Sharing the photo on Instagram, he writes, "A truly magical moment. Idk these people but maybe we can find em!" The photo which has a stunning view of the brown mountains looks like a dream sequence from a movie.

Social media users commented on the photo saying that aĀ proposal can't be more romantic than this. The photo presumably shows a man kneeling while holding the hand of a woman.

Matthew shared the same on Twitter with the caption: 'Twitter help, (I don't know) who these two are but I hope this finds them," Dippel shared on Twitter. Matthew who is from Grand Rapids in Michigan, was visiting Yosemite with his friend Josh when the photo was clicked. They were on a road trip to Los Angeles when they decided to stop at the national park. Taft PointĀ at Yosemite National Park is quite famous among photographers and couples posing for pictures. Matthew was standing on the cliff with other photographers when the romantic moment unfolded in front of him. He snapped and raced around the point in search of the couple. He found 20 other couples, but not the one he had clicked. With no other measure in hand, he resorted to the internet for help. And as the picture went viral, various reactions have been pouring in.

While most were encouraging comments, some said that it was a staged moment and the couple's pose and clothes as evidence. In an interview with BBC, Matthew asserted that it was not staged at all. He said, "Everyone's been really supportive and they've come to my defence to people who are trying to question the validity of the photo. It's not staged at all. I don't know the couple, I'm just trying to figure out who they are."
