A picture of two Pakistani women pilots has gone viral on the internet for all the right reasons. Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) tweeted a picture of Captain Maryam Masood and First Officer Shumaila Mazhar who flew a "challenging" flight to Gilgit in North Pakistan. It the "dynamic duo" who led the all-female crew to fly through the mountains with much precision.

PIA took to Twitter saying, "The flight to Gilgit is very challenging and requires a lot of precision and technique. Our dynamic duo, Captain Maryam Masood and First Officer Shumaila Mazhar make it look so easy as they fly through the mountains celebrating the beauty of our northern areas! Way to go!! #PIA."

The photo has since then gone viral on social media garnering over 9,300 likes and 3,300 comments at the time of publishing this article. Twitterati was in all praises as the pictures were being widely shared on social media.

Here is the tweet by PIA:

One of the Twitter users wrote, "I've travelled with mariyam masood from gilgit to Islamabad. It was cloudy throughout but what a smooth flight it was!!! hats off to you girl. [sic]" While another reads, "My daughter of 8, wants to become a pilot too. Long way to go but she will definitely make it one day.

What a proud moment for the captain, first officer and their parents [sic]." Encouraging messages filled the comment section of the tweet showering the women with more motivation for being an inspiration.
