Mitchell Johnson has retired from International Cricket but he surely has not faded from the memory of fast bowlers. Recently, Pakistani pacer Wahab Riaz donned a new look and wrote on twitter that he was inspired by Mitchell Johnson and that his new look gives him the motivation to bowl fast and leave a mark in this year's Pakistan Super League (PSL). However, twitterati as always, ridiculed the Pakistani pace star for his look which resembles that of Mitchell Johnson and soon he was trolled for it. Some even called him "Poor Man's Mitchell Johnson", here is a compilation of some hilarious (and mean) tweets:
Pakistan Super League 2018 (PSL) official twitter handle tweeted with a picture of Wahab and asked the fans if they liked his newly grown mustache:
How do you like @WahabViki's new look? The left-armer claims to have grown the mustache to 'motivate' himself!#HBLPSL #DilSeJaanLagaDe pic.twitter.com/xMMCnXTlGF

His Peshawar Zalmi team-mate and former Pakistan Skipper Mohammad Hafeez in a funny tweet said that he was ready for the match but wasn't sure about Wahab Riaz's new look:
Ready to go for the opening ceremony & our 1st game of PSL#3 , not sure about @WahabViki new look 😷👌👍🏼😂 pic.twitter.com/eAtbNn1W37

One twitterati dismissed Wahab's look as a mere copy of Mitchell Johnson's moustache and called him Gareebon Ka Wahab Riaz:
Ghareebon ka Mitchel Johnson, Wahab Riaz reveals his looks for tonight's game. #PZvsMS #PSL2018 pic.twitter.com/gq5yn13Qua

Some tweets were outrightly funny and is sure to make you laugh like the one below:

The poor man's tag just refused to leave Wahab. One tweet compared his look to the legendary wrestler and called him poor man's Hulk Hogan. Check the tweet:

A tweet wondered if Wahab was part of Clash of Clan and the resemblance is striking:
Remember when @WahabViki featured in clash of clans? #PSL2018 pic.twitter.com/RgVy7vjRfT

Finally there was a video of Mohammad Hafeez and others advising him further on his look and giving him a few suggestions:

In an interview, Wahab described his 'philosophy' behind the look and said that his new moustache motivated him and showed his flamboyant attitude. He also added that attitude is the most important thing in fast bowling and that a bowler is nothing without it:
You win some, you lose some. Here's @WahabViki lifting spirits of Zalmi fans after last night's defeat against @MultanSultans at the #HBLPSL. Only improvement follows and Peshawar Zalmi will bounce back in matches to come. #YellowStorm #HumZalmi pic.twitter.com/F5H5X3oieO

Whatever be the reason, Wahab Riaz has surely generated a fair bit of excitement and humor in PSL because of his look. Fans will be waiting for him to fire-up the matches with his pace bowling which the pacer is surely capable of doing. Ask Shane Watson if you don't believe, remember the 2015 ICC Cricket World Cup spell against Australia in Adelaide?
