The electorate of Pakistan will go polling on Wednesday, as the General Elections 2018 is set to decide the fate of 11,855 candidates contesting in it. There are huge awareness drives from the governmental institutions and independent bodies, who are encouraging people to come out in numbers and vote en masse in the General Elections.

As per the Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP), the final list enlists 3,459 candidates who will be contesting on 272 general seats of the national assembly, whereas the remaining 8,396 candidates will be running for 577 general seats in the four provincial assemblies.
