If you absolutely love ice-creams and love trying new flavours and varieties, then Taiwan has an option for you. Ice-creams in the shape of dogs are the new emerging trend in Taiwan. A creation of J. C. Co Art Kitchen, in Kaohsiung, these ice-creams take the adorable shape of different dog breeds, be it a pug or a Labrador. Not sure, if the dog-lovers will enjoy scooping them and having though. A certain video of one such dog shaped ice-cream being cut is going viral and since then the demand for these desserts is only growing. As of now the ice-creams come in three flavours, earl-grey (Labradors), chocolate (pugs) and peanut (Shar Peis). Shar Pei is a popular Chinese dog breed. The ice-cream costs between $110 and $188 Taiwanese dollars. The store is making 100 such ice-creams per day but they are falling short of the growing demand. Special molds are used to give the frozen treat a shape of the dog breeds. Once the shape is acquired, finishing touches are given to give it a feel of a real dog. Only when all the finishing touches, the hairy look, the eyes, are done, the ice-cream is served to the people. They look so realistic at the end of it, literally like having a puppy on your plate, and it is freaky at the same time.
