While Mumbaikars believe it is really cold, Delhiites beg to differ and thus the age-old battle has begun. Reportedly, the city is expected to witness a maximum temperature of 26 degree Celsius and a minimum of 15 in the next 24 hours. Mumbai witnessed the lowest minimum temperature at 7.4 degrees Celsius on January 22, 1962. In the last decade, the coldest winter was on January 29, 2012, when the minimum temperature dropped to 10 degrees Celsius.
