Mumbai Police Books 'Miscreant' Who Tried to Evade Toll And Drive Away, Shares Video With Warning

In the days of social media, it is almost difficult to hide something that is done in a public space. At least one person recording something or other would be somewhere in the vicinity (thanks to smartphones). So when you try to evade toll and drive away in your car, don't think you got lucky, because we are no more in the black and white times. A video of a car driving with a yellow barricade in front had gone viral on social media last month. Somebody in a car next to it recorded the incident and shared it on social media. Mumbai Police who has now taken cognisance of the incident has traced the "miscreant".

The police force took to their Twitter handle sharing the video stating that after a thorough investigation, the culprit has been booked and handed over to the Navi Mumbai Police. According to the law enforces, the incident took placed on April 21. Sending a warning to those who plan to execute some ideas, they further write, "Remember, U can run, U can hide but not escape the law! Just a matter of time."
