While the manicure is highly creative, the video has surely left the internet wondering WHY?! The video shows an artwork on the nails wherein a woman dressed in scrubs and looks like is lying in the hospital bed is shown giving "birth" to a baby. You can even see a little baby coming out the setup of which is shown in the nails of the other hand with an umbilical cord.
