Manhunt! Woman Murdered Her Own Husband & Doppelganger, Later Stole Her Identity and Flees To Texas in US

Police found her husband shot to death last month. The authorities after further investigations informed that Riess flew to Florida, befriended her twin and killed her.

Ann Riess, 56-year-old, a Minnesota resident in US is now the target of a multi-state manhunt. She is accused of allegedly murdering her husband and her bottle-blonde doppelganger, later flew to Texas . Police found her husband shot to death last month. The authorities after further investigations informed that Riess flew to Florida, befriended her twin and killed her. Authorities began looking for Riess since last month after her husband David Riess was found dead of multiple gunshot wounds. The vehicle which Police believes she was likely driving was discovered in Florida.

“She smiles and looks like anyone’s mother or grandmother,” Lee County Undersheriff Carmine Marceno told the NBC News after the authorities lost Riess’ track. The officials further informed that after the 56-year-old killed her husband, she is believed to elope at Florida, United States of America. There she came across her twin 59-year-old Pamela Hutchinson in Fort Myers Beach. She killed somehow manipulated her way inside the woman’s apartment; where Riess shot her dead, on April 16, 2018. She reportedly snatched Hutchinson’s cash, credit and identity cards, quickly hopped into her white 2005 Honda Acura TL and ran. The authorities described Ann Riess as a 5-feet inches tall woman who weighs 165 pounds and has brown eyes and light brown hair.

Marceno further informed that Riess should be considered armed and dangerous and she may kill someone soon again whenever she is out of money. “She’s calculated, she’s targeted and an absolute cold-blooded killer,” he added. The deputies said that she used the same weapon to commit both the murders! The Florida investigators believe that she drove 1,300 miles along the gulf coast to Louisiana and Texas. The search is on and the Dodge County Sheriff and Dodge County Attorney are preparing a second-degree murder charges against Riess.
