Man Accused of Killing Girlfriend, Flushing Down her Body Parts and Making Necklace of Her Teeth Claims She is Still Alive
The accused says he did not kill her but Kirby is still alive and has moved to South Africa. The missing reports say Kristy has disappeared since May 2017 and hasn't been found yet.
In a case of gruesome murder, a man in Cornwall has been accused of murdering his girlfriend. Dean Lowe, 33 allegedly beat his girlfriend Kirby Noden, 32 with a metal pipe. After her death, he chopped her body into pieces and flushed down her body parts. Lowe continued to stay in the bloodied flat for months after committing the crime. He even told the police that he made a necklace out her teeth! Lowe's trial has been ongoing in the Truro Crown Court after a much delay, due to lack of evidence for his heinous act. But the guy's claims are the girl is still alive and has relocated.
Lowe, keeps denying that he murdered his partner. Prosecution QC Paul Dunkels said the defendant got rid of his partner's body "so nothing has been found apart from her blood". He also mentioned that there was blood on the weapons and also the bed soaked some of it, which Lowe just flipped over.
Kirby was also known as Kristy was reported missing since January last year. While the trial was supposed to start in December, it got delayed until April. What's bizarre is the accused says he did not kill her but Kirby is still alive and has moved to South Africa. The missing reports say Kristy has disappeared since May 2017 and hasn't been found yet.
The case is thus complicated as Dunkel mentions the guy did accept to committing the crime to his friend over some texts. The court heard that he text a friend saying: “I woke up with a body looking like Kirby on the floor - she was dead. I put the body in the bin. I’ve got weird things in my head that the whole thing is a set-up but, yeah, I put it in a wheelie bin down the road." Both Dean Lowe and Kirby Noden had been living together for a number of years. The court also heard that they lived "a chaotic lifestyle marked by the use of various illegal drugs". The trial is still ongoing.
