Mumbai, September 17: Amruta Fadnavis, wife of Maharashtra Chief Minister and Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leader Devendra Fadnavis, posted a tweet to wish Prime Minister Narendra Modi on his 69th birthday today. As soon as the tweet appeared, people started trolling the Chief Minister's wife on Twitter. Many fack-checked Amruta's tweet and tried to teach her History lessons.

Another user took a dig at Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath and wrote: "Oh I tot it was Gandhiji till yesterday, did Yogiji change that also."

While wishing PM Modi on his birthday, Amruta also shared a video in which she is seen singing along with kids. The video also talks about 'Mitti Ke Sitare', an initiative of Divyaj Foundation. The campaign aims to reach out to the economically backward section of society and empower them. The reality show is the brainchild of Amruta.
