Mumbai, August 26: The mystery around the Loch Ness Monster, a creature in Scottish folklore, is as tangling as time itself. Every now and then, people claim to have seen or taken pictures of the Loch Ness Monster, affectionately known as Nessie. A British national has repeatedly claimed to have captured the mythical creature on camera. According to him, he witnessed the sight of the Loch Ness Monster when he was on a family boat trip in the Scottish Highlands Loch, near Inverness.
According to the Mirror, Steve Valentine, a Mancunian of Urmston, Greater Manchester, went on a family boat trip in the Scottish Highlands Loch on August 17 when he saw a mysterious black shape in the water. According to him, the most likely explanation for his sighting appears to be the Loch Ness monster peeping its head out of the water. Steve quickly got a picture of the creature before the spooky black shadow instantly vanished. Loch Ness Monster Caught on Camera? After witnessing this unusual sighting, Steve became the fourth credible sighting of both the feared and beloved beast of Scottish folklore in 2023, as reported by the outlet. “It was when we were returning to the dock near Urquhart Castle. I lost sight of it when the boat turned but managed to get a quick photo from a distance,” Steve recalled the incident. ‘Baby Loch Ness Monster’ on UK Beach! The sighting from Steve comes just in time as the largest hunt for Nessie in over 50 years was launched for this weekend (August 26 and 27). The advanced search operation will use drones equipped with infrared cameras. These drones will be deployed above the Loch alongside a hydrophone designed to identify unusual underwater sounds.
